Terms and Condition of Sale of Goods:

Unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing, the conditions as set out below apply to all/each transaction for the sale of goods and materials, design services by SureBiz Inc to a purchaser of Goods and/or Services. 

These conditions shall apply to all orders placed with SureBiz Inc by the purchaser. Acceptance by SureBiz Inc of any order is conditional upon acceptance by the Purchaser of these Conditions which shall override all other terms and conditions inconsistent herewith, whether express, implied or otherwise including terms, conditions or stipulations contained in the Purchaser's purchase order or other form of writing or other form of writing or otherwise stipulated by the Purchaser and with are at variance with or additional to these Conditions. The same shall not be binding upon SureBiz Inc unless specifically accepted and signed by SureBiz Inc.

Acceptance of a Purchase Order by SureBiz Inc cannot be construed or implied to create an obligation on SureBiz Inc's part to accept, subsequent purchase orders for any of the goods and/or services. 

Order Cancellation Policy:

Order Cancellation Policy applies when customer cancels all or part of an order within 2 hours of purchase after order acceptance and acknowledgement of the order but before shipment of Goods or Execution of services.

Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. All claims once item is shipped will be in accordance to our return policy.

To cancel an order you have placed with SureBiz Inc, you must contact customer support by email admin@surebiz.in or share orders details mentioning order cancellations on WhatsApp (9427255666)  within 2 hours of purchase. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information.
